Garage conversion Del mar CA

Lada K. contacted us because she needed a garage conversion in Del Mar CA. She had a lot of reasons for wanting an ADU built on her property. She needed more space for her elderly parents, wanted to generate rental income and thought that adding an ADU would increase the value of her home. We worked with her to design a custom garage conversion that would meet all of her needs.

The project was challenging because it involved remodeling an existing space. We had to work around the existing structure and make sure that the new ADU would be compliant with all of the applicable building codes. The end result was a beautiful garage conversion that exceeded Lada's expectations.
